焦糖麵包布丁 Cameral Bread Pudding

這造型的麵包布丁對很多人來說應該很陌生,一般做法會將麵包會放在方形的焗盤上, 再淋上卡士達醬, 麵包布丁充分吸收後放入烤箱。但是我這個人就是比較喜歡做跟別人不一樣的, 我想試一下不同的造型! 放入蛋糕模就變了像蛋糕的! 倒模的時候焦糖流下來的感覺也像焦糖布丁, 這只是麵包版的焦糖布丁!
我不太喜歡太乾身的麵包布丁, 所以蛋糕有少少濕潤, 如果你喜歡比較乾身的, 可以烤多幾分鐘!
